The Administration unit oversees strategic management and supervision of all support services and activities to enable Departments, Units and Agencies provide reliable service to the Assembly. The Administration Unit is the secretariat of the Municipal Assembly and is responsible for the provision of support service, effective and efficient general administration and organization of the Municipal Assembly. The Administration unit act as a liaison between heads of other department and non-governmental agencies and the Municipal Chief Executive. The administrative unit is headed by the senior most administrative officer.
